THE ODYSSEY 2.0 is a contemporary work of literary interpretation and practical humanities inspired by Homer's Odyssey.
Rather than retelling the ancient epic, this book invites readers to revisit the journey of Odysseus through questions that remain deeply relevant to modern life.
What happens after we achieve a long-awaited goal? How do comfort, desire, and distraction lead us away from what matters? How can we make difficult choices, face the past, reconnect with others, and find our way back to a meaningful life?
Organized into seven parts and twenty-one chapters, the book explores achievement, drifting, resistance, judgment, memory, belonging, and return. Each chapter connects scenes from the ancient story with contemporary reflections, questions, and practical exercises.
THE ODYSSEY 2.0 is not a translation, abridgment, or replacement of Homer's original work. It is an invitation to reconsider our own journeys and rediscover a direction we can consciously choose.
At its heart lies one enduring question:
Where is your Ithaca?
